Gregory R. Frailey D.O., FACOEP, EMT-P 
Dr Frailey is a founding partner of EMERGE Public Safety with over 30 years of public safety experience.
Gregory Frailey, DO, FACOEP is Medical Director for Prehospital Services and Associate Medical Director for Emergency Services for Susquehanna Health in Williamsport, PA. Prior to coming to Williamsport, Dr. Frailey was Assistant Medical Director for Guthrie EMS, and an emergency physician at Robert Packer Hospital in Sayre, PA
Dr Frailey received his bachelor's degree in pre-medicine from the Pennsylvania State University. Greg is a Graduate of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and completed his internship and Emergency Medicine Residency at Memorial Hospital, York PA. He is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine with a Certificate of Added Qualification in Emergency Medical Services by the American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine. He also holds a Certification in Homeland Security (Level V), by the American Board for Certification in Homeland Security.

Prior to medical school, Dr. Frailey served as a staff paramedic, as well as a regional EMS systems coordinator. He continues to fill shifts as a prehospital physician.

Dr. Frailey is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Emergency Physicians, American College of Emergency Physicians, American College of Forensic Examiners, and other societies. He remains active in prehospital care both as a prehospital physician for Susquehanna Health, the regional EMS council and PA Squad 2. He is the tactical physician with the Williamsport Bureau of Police Special Response Team. Dr. Frailey retired from the US Navy as a Naval Flight Surgeon after 25 years of service in operational medicine.
